Complete Comfort II mats are anti-microbial anti-fatigue mats that can be autoclave sterilized and commercially laundered.

Complete Comfort II mats in 2' x 3' and 3' x 5' are stocked and available to ship quickly

The following sizes are stocked:
2' x 3' (24" x 36")
3' x 5' (36" x 60")

Additional sizes are available, but they are not stocked and require additional lead time.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Thickness: 1/2 inch (0.5")

STANDARDS & TESTING

  • Compression Deflection: 50.5% at 20 psi 63.1% at 40 psi
  • ASTM C1028-96 static coefficient of friction: Dry 0.96 Wet 0.82
  • ESD rating of static dissipative:
       Surface to surface at 50% relative humidity 3.3 x 10^9 ohms
       Surface to surface at 12% relative humidity 3.4 x 10^9 ohms

Complete Comfort II mats can be cleaned in two different ways.

  • They can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  • Washed by hand using the following instructions:  Scrub with a deck brush (as needed) using a detergent with a neutral pH, rinse with a hose or pressure washer, and hang to dry.

Complete Comfort II mats can be commercially laundered to remove oil, grease, and soil.
The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying; it is designed to dissolve grease residue by using hot water to emulsify oils and grease. Complete Comfort mats do not require extracting or drying.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold water
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 140 degrees F (60 degrees C)
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water
  5. Drain 2 minutes
  6. Lay mats flat following removal from washer.

Allow to cool before rolling.
